Trust and compliance

Brand Registration

Brand registration identifies your business to The Campaign Registry and carrier ecosystem so your SMS traffic is associated with a verified organization.

Before you begin

  • Complete the business profile first.
  • Use business information that matches the profile exactly.
  • Prepare for review timelines that can vary by carrier and registry state.

Where to find it

Go to Phone -> Trust Hub and continue from Business Profile to Brand Registration.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Trust Hub.
  2. Confirm the business profile is complete and ready.
  3. Start brand registration.
  4. Review the submitted brand details.
  5. Watch the brand status in Trust Hub.
  6. Continue to campaign setup when the brand reaches an acceptable registered or approved state.

What happens next

  • Brand statuses can include pending, registered, approved, verified, vetted verified, failed, or rejected provider states.
  • Waveline reconciles status from the carrier/provider systems and displays current state in Trust Hub.
  • Brand registration does not guarantee every message will deliver; campaign content and consent still matter.

Best practices

  • Do not change legal identity details casually after submission.
  • Resolve business profile issues before troubleshooting campaign approval.
  • Keep brand information aligned with your public website and policies.

Troubleshooting

  • If the brand is rejected, correct business profile details first.
  • If brand status stays pending, wait for provider review and check Trust Hub periodically.
  • If campaign setup is blocked, confirm the brand state allows campaign submission.
