Trust and compliance
Brand Registration
Brand registration identifies your business to The Campaign Registry and carrier ecosystem so your SMS traffic is associated with a verified organization.
Before you begin
- Complete the business profile first.
- Use business information that matches the profile exactly.
- Prepare for review timelines that can vary by carrier and registry state.
Where to find it
Go to Phone -> Trust Hub and continue from Business Profile to Brand Registration.
Step-by-step
- Open Trust Hub.
- Confirm the business profile is complete and ready.
- Start brand registration.
- Review the submitted brand details.
- Watch the brand status in Trust Hub.
- Continue to campaign setup when the brand reaches an acceptable registered or approved state.
What happens next
- Brand statuses can include pending, registered, approved, verified, vetted verified, failed, or rejected provider states.
- Waveline reconciles status from the carrier/provider systems and displays current state in Trust Hub.
- Brand registration does not guarantee every message will deliver; campaign content and consent still matter.
Best practices
- Do not change legal identity details casually after submission.
- Resolve business profile issues before troubleshooting campaign approval.
- Keep brand information aligned with your public website and policies.
Troubleshooting
- If the brand is rejected, correct business profile details first.
- If brand status stays pending, wait for provider review and check Trust Hub periodically.
- If campaign setup is blocked, confirm the brand state allows campaign submission.
