Getting started
Sign Up
Create your Waveline account, verify your email, and prepare the business details that unlock calling, messaging, billing, and team access.
Video to add
Record a first-run walkthrough from account creation through the final onboarding step.
Before you begin
- Use a business email address that the account owner can keep long term.
- Have legal business name, website, EIN, business address, and admin contact details ready if you plan to finish Trust Hub during onboarding.
- Decide who should be the first admin before inviting the rest of the team.
Where to find it
Open the Waveline web app and choose the sign-up flow. After email verification, Waveline guides you through company information, business address, optional messaging setup, and payment method.
Step-by-step
- Enter account and company information.
- Add the Caller ID Display Name. Keep it short and recognizable because Waveline validates it as a CNAM-style display name.
- Enter legal business name, entity type, industry, EIN, business email, business phone, website, and admin contact details when prompted.
- Add a United States business address.
- If you enable SMS messaging, provide privacy policy and terms of service URLs before continuing.
- Finish payment setup so phone numbers and subscriptions can activate.
What happens next
- Waveline opens once onboarding is complete.
- If messaging setup was included, Waveline can prepare business profile, brand, and campaign registration for carrier review.
- Admins can invite team members, buy or port numbers, and configure inboxes.
Best practices
- Use the same legal business details that appear on tax and carrier records.
- Prepare privacy policy and terms pages before turning on SMS messaging.
- Finish billing before buying numbers or inviting a full team.
Troubleshooting
- If the form rejects a URL, confirm it begins with a valid web protocol and is publicly reachable.
- If messaging fields appear missing, confirm messaging was enabled during onboarding.
- If you cannot continue, check required fields first, then refresh and try again.
