Business Profile

The business profile is the foundation for carrier registration. Waveline uses it to submit accurate business identity details before brand and campaign registration.

Record filling out Trust Hub business profile fields with example-safe data and explaining which documents to prepare.

Before you begin

  • Use legal business records, not shorthand or marketing-only names.
  • Have EIN, business address, website, privacy policy, terms, and admin contact details ready.
  • Use a physical US address when the form requires US registration data.

Where to find it

Go to Phone -> Trust Hub. The Trust Hub flow includes Business Profile, Brand Registration, and Campaign Setup.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Trust Hub.
  2. Enter company name, caller ID display name, full legal name, industry, entity type, business email, business phone, EIN, website, policy URLs, and admin details.
  3. Enter the business address.
  4. Review all details for exact spelling and formatting.
  5. Submit the profile.
  6. Wait for profile review before relying on brand and campaign approval.

What happens next

  • The profile can move through draft, pending, approved, rejected, or failed states depending on provider review.
  • Waveline displays status and rejection information when available.
  • Approved business profile details allow the next registration steps to proceed.

Best practices

  • Match legal business name and EIN exactly to official records.
  • Make website, privacy policy, and terms pages public before submitting.
  • Do not submit placeholder policy links.

Troubleshooting

  • If rejected, compare every legal and address field against business records.
  • If policy URLs fail validation, confirm they are valid web URLs.
  • If review seems stuck, check Trust Hub status before resubmitting duplicate information.
